Commissions and Orders

Prints:
All prints are original, limited editions, printed by hand by the artist.
All prints are signed and numbered.
All prints are for sale and are sold unframed.

Paintings:
All paintings are for sale and are sold stretched on canvas.

Enquires and Orders:
All enquiries and orders should include your

name,
address,
email
telephone number,

followed by the items you are making an enquiry or order about. Prints can be sent rolled or packed flat, please ensure you note your preference on your email or contact form

Payment:
On receiving an order, an invoice itemising and confirming your order including carriage will be sent to you via email.
Payment can be by online bank transfer, this is our preferred payment method; please contact us for bank details if not shown.
Payment can be by cheques made payable to Kristina Lee, though cheques will have to be cleared before your order is dispatched.
Payment can be by credit or debit cards through PayPal but incur merchant charges. 

Dispatch: 
Your order will be dispatched promptly on receipt of payment.

Prints can be rolled or packed flat, please ensure you note your preference on your email or contact form.
All prints and accessories will be sent via the standard Registered Postal service, unless requested otherwise

Paintings are wrapped and boxed before dispatched by courier, confirmation of carriage charge will be stated on invoice.

If you want your painting or print dispatched using another form of delivery not stated above, please let me know so that I can advise of extra cost prior to invoice.
